Respect for the
Next Generation
PREMISES AND PRINCIPLES
The Right Setting
Young players must be protected from excessive expectations and pressure to perform.
We are committed to working with young talents to ready them for the challenges of professional sports and to promote education. We encourage respect and motivation. But we reject ostentation and avarice.
TRACK RECORD
From the beginning, we have supported youth players, transforming many into professionals:
Among them Christian Früchtl (Austria Wien), Moritz Bangerter (1860 München), Niklas May (Viktoria Köln), Ognjen Drakulic (FC Ingolstadt) and Arijon Ibrahimovic, who at the age of 17 became the second youngest professional in FC Bayern's history.
And more success stories are on the horizon.
KEEP REACHING FOR THE STARS.
BUT KEEP YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND
For young professionals, our management always focuses on optimal athletic development: Long-term career planning takes precedence over quick financial gains in the early years.
This principle guided our decisions to part ways with players who prioritized early financial allure over sustained success.
FRAMEWORK FOR PERFORMANCE
Maintaining Family Ties
Our primary role in the youth sector is introducing parents to the football industry and supporting them in making difficult decisions.
After all, exceptional athletic development can only succeed if friends and family are able to support and motivate the athlete.
That is why our commitment to youth extends to supporting familes when needed, such as
assistance in finding a new home or a new job when moving to another city.
